Maryland
Wolf hybrids cannot
be owned in the State of Maryland without first getting a permit.
The State has specific regulations concerning the importation
of exotics and hybrids of “any mammalian wildlife species
or hybrid for which there is no U.S.D.A. certified vaccine against
rabies”. Permitting is required in these cases. Please check
local laws in case your area bans these animals.
