Kentucky

Kentucky will allow hybrid cats that are recognized by a national registry - aka TICA - without a permit. See letter below links.

Wolf-dogs are not allowable without a permit and local law supercedes state law; see disclaimer below.

Letter:

Mrs. (name left off for privacy),

All domestic cats have wild ancestors. That notwithstanding, if the breed is recognized as domestic by TICA, we would not require a transportation permit to bring them into Kentucky or any permits to hold them.
