Delaware
A permit is required
for any exotic animal in the State of Delaware. The State requires
permits for any hybrid of a wild animal. The Department of F &
W have stated that an F2 generation hybrid is NOT considered exotic.
Please check local county and city laws as they may be more stringent
than the State law.
