Alaska
Alaska has
laws prohibited ownership of wild felines. Wolves and wolf-hybrids
are illegal to own or sell in Alaska. Feline hybrids require a
permit to own. Alaska law requires proof of the inability of a
species to live in the wild before it will be added to the list
of "legal" animals. At present the serval, jungle cat,
and the other small cats are not listed. This suggests that bengals
and other hybrids are at present illegal without a permit. Please
remember that local County or City codes take precendence over
State law.
